Customer-supplied garments can sometimes be worked with - mention this in your enquiry with details of the garment and quantity, and it'll be confirmed as part of the quote.
A clear image or file of your design or logo is a good starting point - vector files print cleanest, but photos and rough sketches are fine for custom project enquiries. Artwork requirements are confirmed once the decoration method is chosen.
